As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will also find the tracking of your order in your customer area. By going to the carrier's website and entering this number, you will be able to see where your package is.


Check your order carefully before confirming payment because once your order has been validated, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. You will have to wait for the receipt of this to return the package within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

In accordance with articles L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise your right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of the products.

Exchanges are possible for all products. To exchange a product, it must be in new condition, i.e. visibly unwashed, unworn and provided with its label.

To proceed with the exchange, contact the customer service by email at info@deessepadma.com indicating the order number, the reference of the product to be exchanged and the product you wish to receive in exchange (reference and size).

Customer service will verify the exchange and provide you with an address to return the product to (at your expense). Upon receipt and control of your return, we will send the new product without additional shipping costs.

In the event of a request for reimbursement (excluding delivery costs), the reimbursement will be made under 3 to 5 working days after inspection of returned products.

In the case of a defective product, you can return it within 1 year of purchase. A new similar product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

You can pay for your online orders by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Carte Bancaire, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Union Pay) via Stripe secure payment, as well as via PayPal.

Absolutely because your banking information is not in our possession. Transactions are directly processed by the Stripe and Paypal secure payment modules.

We ship worldwide. The cost of delivery varies according to the country of destination and the weight of the package. The calculation of the delivery will be done at the level of the basket before the validation of your order. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees.

For mainland France, shipping costs are 5 Euros and are free from 60€ purchase incl. VAT.

In mainland France and Europe, orders are sent by letter followed by La Poste. It takes 2 to 3 working days in France, and 3 to 5 working days for Europe.

International orders and overseas territories are sent by Chronopost or UPS.

We advise you to create a Déesse Padma customer account in order to follow your order more easily. It will also allow you to find your invoices, facilitate possible exchanges and returns because all your orders will be recorded there.

To create an account, go to the home page at the top right, and click on "My account".

Your username corresponds to the email address you provided. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "My Account" at the top right of the home page, then "forget password" and follow the instructions.

You have several options to contact us:

- via the form in the "Contact" menu. The team will answer you within 24 hours on weekdays and if you do not have your answer within this time, do not hesitate to contact us.
