How can I track my order?
In your area -customer you will see the tracking number of your order. By going to the carrier's website (www.laposte.fr) and entering this number, you will see where your package is.
What is your product exchange and return policy?
In accordance with articles L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you can exercise your right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day after where you take possession of the products.
Exchanges are possible for all products. To exchange a product, they must be in new condition, ie visibly unwashed and unworn. To proceed with the exchange, you contact customer service by email at email@example.com quoting the order number, which product you want to exchange and which product you wish to receive in exchange. When the customer service has validated that the stock status and the price allow this exchange, it will indicate the address to which to return the product (at your expense). The new product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.
If a product is faulty, you can return it within 1 year of purchase and a new, similar product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
